Electrophysiological characteristics of enhanced AV nodal conduction ( EAVC) in 13 patients were assessed. They showed that AH ≤ 60ms during sinus rhythm, AV conduction maintained 1:1 during atrial pacing at a rate of 200 ppm and AH interval lengthened less than 100 ms. 本文报道13例房室结加速传导,其电生理特征是窦律时AH≤60ms,心房起搏200次/分时,房室传导保持1:1,且AH间期延长小于100ms。
The basic operative procedure of Stanford Medical Center was followed. Alternation of sinus and nodal rhythm, sinoatrial block and transient sinus arrest revealed postoperatively. 供心缺血时间271分钟,采用美国Stanford医疗中心基本术式,术后窦性、结性心律交替,出现窦房阻滞及窦暂停,于术后第14周安装了永久性心内膜起搏器。
